To begin with, is important to have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Education, Parks and Recreation, Biological and Earth Sciences or the other related fields. Above all, the concerned individuals must possess an interest for and commitment to the environment, a liking for teaching and strong traits of leadership and communication skills, apart from having a keen sense of adventure.
